Join our team and help shape the future of Motel One with us.brYou will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department.brSharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping departmentbrCollaborating with internal and external cleaning staffbrEnsuring and implementing Motel One's housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areasbrSharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employeesbrGaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teamsbrWhether you're a seasoned hotel professional or looking to change careers—you're a great fit for us That's because personality and hospitality skills are our top priorities Training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, or retail sectors, or an interest in changing careers.brA strong focus on quality and service, as well as hospitality skills and a passion for the hotel industrybrAn open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.brThe ability to work well in a team and a willingness to provide cross-departmental support—we achieve our success together.
