After eight years or more in controlling, you know how to spot a business case that actually holds up before you validate it, you know what it takes to coordinate budgets and forecasts across several functions at once, and you know the value of a monthly closing that meets group consolidation standards on the first try. What you have not had yet, is a seat close enough to the executive committee for your numbers to turn straight into decisions.

This organization is an international vehicle and transport solutions manufacturer, active in Belgium and committed to the shift toward sustainable, electric mobility. The Finance team plays a central role in driving healthy, efficient and transparent financial processes, in a context of growth. You report directly to the CFO and act as SPOC (single point of contact) for certain topics with the executive committee.

YOUR IMPACT AS CONTROLLER

  • Delivering financial analyses that support decision-making, and building solid business cases
  • Coordinating budgets, financial forecasts and reporting across several functions
  • Running monthly closings and reporting in line with group consolidation standards
  • Analyzing margins, cost structures and KPIs to flag risks and opportunities early
  • Acting as SPOC for the ExComm, translating numbers into concrete recommendations
  • Strengthening internal control procedures and driving process improvement

You're the person who turns raw numbers into decisions the executive committee can act on.

YOUR PROFILE AS CONTROLLER

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in management control, internal or external audit
  • French, English and/or Dutch
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI & change management experience is a plus
