Job description
As our Webmaster, you ensure our websites run smoothly and that our digital content is easy to manage, accessible and user-friendly.
You will be the go-to person for our CMS, supporting colleagues with publishing and troubleshooting, while creating and maintaining web pages yourself.
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues with CMS publishing and troubleshooting, helping them solve issues and become more independent in the CMS.
- Create and maintain landing pages, hubs, product selectors, magazine pages and other complex web pages.
- Keep websites and pages up to date and ensure content and components are displayed correctly.
- Create guidelines and training materials to support colleagues working in the CMS.
- Work closely with digital editors, designers, marketers and developers when needed.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day website and CMS issues, escalating technical issues to the IT team when necessary.
- Contribute to improving our digital publishing processes and stay curious about new technologies, including AI.
Qualifications
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS).
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS. You are comfortable reading and troubleshooting code, but you don't need to be a developer.
- Good English skills and at least passive knowledge of French or Dutch.
- A practical, curious and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership.
- You enjoy helping colleagues and explaining technical topics in a clear and accessible way.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO and digital accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience with newsletter or emailing tools.
- Experience with Twixl or a similar content/app management tool.
- Exposure to a CMS migration.
We value knowledge and relevant experience over a specific diploma. A background in e-business, web, digital communication or a similar field is an advantage, but we are also open to junior profiles with relevant internship or student experience.
You don't need a pure IT background. What matters most is your interest in the web, your ability to work with digital tools and your willingness to learn.
Our offer
- An open-ended, full-time contract (36 hours per week).
- A varied job where you can use your competences in the service of a group with an international image.
- The opportunity to contribute to a mission with both social importance and a strong international reputation.
- A pleasant working atmosphere with exciting challenges and development opportunities.
- An interesting salary supplemented with various extra-legal benefits.
- Great accessibility, with our offices located near Brussels-South railway station.
- Homeworking opportunities. xirbnpk
