Functieomschrijving?? Voor een vast contract (CDI) zijn we op zoek naar Customer Service Support (m/v/x) die de Duitse taal beheersen.
Als Customer Service Support (m/v/x) beheers je perfect het Frans en Duits. Kennis van Nederlands en Engels is een pluspunt.
Als interne commercieel medewerker (m/v/x) speel je een centrale rol binnen het commerciële team van onze partner.
Als Customer Service Support (m/v/x) zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:
?? Klanttevredenheid beheren: Zorg dagelijks voor een uitzonderlijke klanttevredenheid.
?? Europese interactie: Werk samen met klanten in heel Europa.
?? Luisteren en adviseren: Begrijp de behoeften van klanten, geef advies en stel passende producten voor.
?? Proactieve voorstellen: Anticipeer op de behoeften van klanten en bied relevante alternatieven aan.
?? Samenwerking: Werk nauw samen met externe verkoopmedewerkers om verkoopkansen te maximaliseren.
?? Talenkennis: Gebruik dagelijks je taalvaardigheden in Duits en/of Nederlands.

??? Meertalig: Perfecte beheersing van het Duits en Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk). Kennis van Nederlands en/of Engels is een waardevol pluspunt.
?? Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als interne commercieel medewerker of in een klantenservice.
?? Opleiding: Een hogere opleiding in verkoop, handel, marketing of business is een pluspunt.
?? Commerciële vaardigheden: Vermogen om verkoopkansen te detecteren en te benutten.
?? Interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om te interageren met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
?? Beheersing van IT-tools: Goede organisatie en snelle aanpassing aan digitale tools.
AanbodVoor deze nieuwe opportuniteit als Customer Service Support (m/v/x) biedt onze klant het volgende aan:
?? Start met een interim-opdracht met uitzicht op een vast contract (CDI): Begin in interim met uitzicht op een vast contract na een succesvolle periode.
Dagrooster van maandag tot vrijdag.
Werktijden: 37,5 / 37,5 => 20 vakantiedagen per jaar. Er is momenteel geen RTT-systeem.
