AI is infused throughout each of the solutions in the platform. /p h3More Detail: /h3 pAdvance our IDP platform's capabilities in line with the product roadmap, with a strong focus on enhancing AI-driven document understanding (e.g., data extraction, classification). /p pDevelop AI solutions in Python (following good coding practices and efficiency), including robust testing and thorough code reviews. /p pWork closely with other engineers (AI, front-end, infrastructure) and product teams to align all development efforts and deliver cohesive IDP solutions. /p pDesign, build, and maintain core, scalable, and reusable components of our Python-based Intelligent Document Processing pipelines. /p pKeen to explore the very latest technologies, hands on experience with Large Language Models (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning) /p pExperience in version control (git
- branches, pull requests) /p pWilling to work with Agile development methodology /p pExperience with Continuous Development / Continuous Integration (Gitlab) /p h3The Person: /h3 pWe are looking for someone with ideally at least 2-4 years' proven Python Engineering experience, coupled with experience of the following Frameworks/ Databases and AI exposure: /p ulliFlask /liliDjango /liliFastAPIProgramming: /liliProven Python skills on end to end projects or product /lili2-4 years of experience in a similar role /liliInterest or familiarity with AI
- work or personal project based /liliMaster's Degree in Analytical field, or equivalent work experience /li /ul h3You are familiar with most important parts of a modern SaaS stack: /h3 ullio API frameworks in python such as Django or Flask. /lilio Databases and ORM/ODM (e.g., SQLalchemy or MongoEngine). /lilio Task brokers and message queues (celery, AMQP). /lilio CI/CD and pipelines. /lilio Cloud infrastructure and deployment /lilio Unit and integration testing (Pytest).
Cloud, infrastructure and deployment /liliFoundational understanding of AWS, Azure or GCP, with an awareness of deploying and managing multi-tenant infrastructure. /liliAbility to contribute ideas for architectural optimisation, improving scalability and robustness with support from the DevOps team. /liliProficiency in Linux and command-line interface for system administration and automation. /liliBasic foundation in operating with cloud service providers to deploy multi-tenant infrastructures, managing and segregating user access control. /li /ul pUnderstanding of containerised applications orchestration, including inter-service communication.
