I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist position with a leading Belgian IT & cybersecurity services provider. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting security assessments, shaping security roadmaps, and influencing cybersecurity maturity across a wide variety of organisations.

Rather than being limited to a single environment, you'll work with organisations across different industries and sizes, helping to define security strategy, improve resilience, and drive meaningful security improvements. You'll work internally at these companies meaning you'll have more direct impact and influence than in a cnsulting role.
Requirements:
4+ years' experience in Cybersecurity
Experience in Security Consultancy, Advisory, Architecture or Engineering
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security Stack, Entra ID & Identity Access Management
Familiarity with NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and security governance frameworks
Experience conducting security assessments and maturity reviews
Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and remediation plans
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and vulnerability management
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, OSCP or CEH are beneficial
Dutch speaking required
Comfortable travelling to client sites across Flanders when required
