Responsibilities:
/h3ulliDefine and implement validation and verification plans for new products and platforms. /liliDevelop test protocols, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices. /liliConduct hands-on testing of sensors, cameras, and modules, covering electrical, optical, mechanical and environmental aspects. /liliAutomate test procedures using LabVIEW, Python or similar tools. /liliAnalyze test results, identify root causes and propose corrective actions. /liliImprove test methodologies, tools and infrastructure to support scalable industrialization. /liliCollaborate with RD, project management, quality and operations teams to support design reviews and product improvements. /liliMentor junior engineers and share best practices within the team. /li /ulh3Wat vragen wij van je: /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Optics, or related engineering field. /liliMin. 5-7 years of experience in test engineering, validation, or reliability engineering in a high-tech environment /liliHands-on experience with test automation (Python expertise needed). /liliFamiliarity with optical/electro-optical testing is a strong plus. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to get to root causes. /liliExcellent communication skills; capable of writing clear technical documentation and presenting to stakeholders. /liliAbility to mentor and guide less experienced engineers. /liliFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. /li /ulh3Wat bieden we je: /h3ulliAn exciting position with responsibility in an international, multi-cultural, high tech environment. /liliAn attractive salary package in line with your experience, incl. extralegal benefits. /liliPossibility of company car /li /ul
