Responsibilities:
/p ul liYou will manage and support our HR technology landscape, including HRIS platforms, cloud infrastructure, integrations, identity access management, analytics, and containerized workloads. /li liYou will manage Oracle Linux environments and play a key role in our Windows-to-Linux migration roadmap. /li liYou will administer and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, virtual servers, managed cloud platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, and performance tuning. /li liYou will collaborate with development teams to deliver secure integrations using authentication, authorization, identity federation, APIs, networking, and certificate management. /li liYou will automate and improve platform operations using Terraform, shell scripting, and application development, while ensuring cybersecurity best practices. /li liYou will support application and platform upgrades, working closely with customers and colleagues on testing, deployment planning, operational readiness, and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liYou have a Bachelor or Master degree in an IT-oriented field. /li liYou have at least three years of experience in a similar role, working on complex projects, using your analytical skills to solve problems. /li liYou have strong knowledge of Oracle Linux or another Linux distribution. /li liYou have experience in different infrastructure domains, from cloud service configuration to application support. /li liYou have experience with infrastructure-as-code and shell scripting. /li liYou have strong communication, stakeholder collaboration skills and implement a customer-focused approach. /li liYou have a professional working proficiency level in English and either Dutch or French.
