- from strong individual contributors to senior technical leaders. /p h3What will you do: /h3 pAs an Applied AI Engineer, you will design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions operating in production environments across multiple countries. This role combines hands‑on engineering with cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated enterprise setting. /p pYou will contribute to both solution delivery and the broader standardization of how AI is industrialized across Intrum. /p pSenior‑level candidates are expected to influence architectural direction, define technical standards, and act as trusted advisors across markets. /p ul liDesign and implement AI‑driven solutions and workflows. /li liIntegrate LLMs and other AI services into enterprise production systems. /li liDevelop reusable solution patterns and shared components. /li liPartner with the Infrastructure / LLMOps team to operationalize AI solutions, including model and prompt deployment, observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, cost control, and reliability at scale. /li liEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services and artifacts, including automated testing, evaluation gates, versioning (code, configuration, prompts), and controlled promotion across environments. /li liCollaborate with local market teams to enable scalable, repeatable deployments. /li liContribute to engineering standards and best practices for AI at scale, including security, compliance, monitoring, and release processes /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul liStrong software engineering fundamentals. /li liExperience building and operating production‑grade systems. /li liExposure to AI/ML or LLM‑based solution development. /li liExperience working in structured, multi‑stakeholder environments. /li liStrong communication skills and a high level of ownership. /li liSenior‑Level Expectations. /li liLead architectural design and contribute to technical standard‑setting. /li liDemonstrated track record delivering AI solutions in production. /liliAdvise and guide cross‑market implementations. /li liLead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives. /li liInfluence engineering and business stakeholders on AI design and scaling decisions. /li /ul h3What
