This position will be located in Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Beerse, BE; or can also be Fully Remote. /ppThe RD Advanced Computing team is part of a broader RD Engineering organization that works on leading-edge technology solutions to drive the Innovative Medicine RD business. RD Advanced Computing is made up of a group of technical engineers and solution architects engaged in the hands-on delivery of business solutions. Team members typically work directly with business partners in delivering solutions. The team prides itself on being closely involved in all aspects of deployments, including assisting with defining business value propositions and user story collections, designing robust solution architectures and implementing the technical solutions. Our mission is to architect, design and implement the best technology to deliver high performing, scalable, reusable and cost optimized solutions across the IM RD organization, enabling opportunities and significant business value that could not have been accomplished before, accelerating medicine to patients who are waiting. /ppThe IT Platform Manager, RD Advanced Computing will be a part of this team, providing technology and organizational leadership, driving programs, assessing and influencing technology strategy roadmaps, being at the table with business partners, and delivering solutions to drive the overall Digital Imaging ecosystem and related disciplines. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliBe a key contributor in setting strategy/roadmaps, as well as lead and implement technology deployments to business partners in all areas of Digital Imaging, including but not limited to Digital Pathology, Digital Radiology and Clinical Imaging /liliMaintain strong partnerships with business partners in Pre-Clinical Sciences Translational Safety, Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology, Data Sciences, Molecular Imaging and others based on incoming demand /liliIdentify and assess areas of greatest opportunity and impact for Digital Imaging technology platforms in pharmaceutical research and development at Innovative Medicine, creation and delivery of success measures, and execution of Digital Imaging platforms capabilities /liliCollaborate with numerous groups across the IT organization, engage and influence in sector and enterprise technology leadership, as well as partner externally with the Life Sciences industry Imaging community /liliDrive the team's technology stack, including capabilities for scheduling, communicati
