Test Coordinator

Modalities of the mission:

• As part of its activities, ORES is looking for a Senior Test Coordinator.
• This is a full-time mission with an estimated duration of 6 months (renewable) and which will ideally start in September 2026.
• Part of the mission may, in consultation with the manager, be done by teleworking, but a presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days a week is mandatory. Additional days of presence on site may be requested from the consultant, depending on the needs of the department (on an ad hoc basis). As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, possession of a driving licence and a vehicle will be preferable for travel.

Mission Context:

The test coordinator will join the project team in charge of defining and implementing the various business or legal reports for the different ORES regions and services that are updated when the switch to S4HANA is made. This coordination mission will be carried out in close collaboration with the project manager and the various ORES departments as well as with the Data factory.

The mission will also include the support of the test coordinator for the SAP Finance area that will be organized during the migration of business data to S4HANA.

Main Tasks:

• Define and maintain the testing strategy in line with the Ores test methodology and the project acceptance criteria (input/output criteria) for functional and non-functional aspects (NFR – load/performance/safety)
• Define and coordinate the activities to be carried out during the different phases of testing (definition and execution of test plans, data preparation, etc.) and manage the different teams/stakeholders (Business Lines)
• Define the organization of tests in the test tools (HPQC/Azure Test Plans) taking into account the ORES best practice rules
• Identify and maintain the test schedule including monitoring the availability of the different test environments during all test periods
• Ensure the follow-up of defects removed and define their prioritization in collaboration with the project manager, the business contact(s), the representative(s) of the Data factory
• Guarantee the consistency of the information present in the test tools (test vs. defect statuses, test organization, etc.) with the help of the "scripts" made available and with the support of Lead Testing
• Implement monitoring indicators (based on ORES standards) and guarantee their quality to support the decisions of the project and steering committees

• Dynamic, pragmatic, proactive and demonstrates a certain level of assertiveness when required

Skills:

Language requirement: Level of French C2 and Level of English B1 on the European scale CEFR

Must Have:

• Proven experience using the Quality Center tool
• Proven experience in defining and implementing testing strategies on medium and large projects: activities, planning, monitoring, risks, costs — 6 years, Senior (over 5 years)
• Proven experience in leading test sessions with business teams (planning, supervision, training, etc.)
• Recent proven experience in the implementation, participation and coordination of testing in Agile/Scrum, "V" and hybrid approaches — 6 years, Senior (over 5 years)

Should Have:

• Proven experience in testing methods and techniques (ISTQB Foundations level or equivalent)
• Experience in the field of Analytics, BI, big data — 3 years, Medior (3 to 5 years)
• Proven experience using the Azure DevOps tool
• Management of test activities for SAP-oriented projects (knowledge of the financial field will be highly appreciated)
