pOur client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a leader to guide their IT architecture team through a strategic organizational transition. This role focuses on merging architecture and product teams while ensuring delivery excellence and operational stability within a modern digital landscape. /p ul liLead the transition and merger of the Architecture and Product teams into a unified target operating model. /li liDefine and implement governance frameworks, clarifying roles and interfaces between architecture, product, and delivery teams. /li liManage the solution architecture workforce across various digital initiatives, including resource assignment and portfolio monitoring. /li liDrive the transition plan to ensure continuity and the rapid realization of organizational objectives. /li liEstablish standardized deliverables and quality controls to maintain high architectural standards across the team. /li liFacilitate team cohesion and collaboration to ensure the merged organization becomes effective and self-sustaining. /li /ul ul li10+ years of experience in transition management and complex project management. /li liIn-depth knowledge of IT processes and methodologies including bITIL /b, bTOGAF /b, bArchiMate /b, and bDomain Driven Design /b. /li liExpertise in bcloud-native architecture /b patterns. /li liPractical experience with bmicroservices /b and bevent-driven architectures /b. /li liFamiliarity with bGartner Architecture Frameworks /b such as bTIME /b for bApplication Portfolio Management /b. /li liProficiency with modeling tools such as bSparx Enterprise Architect /b. /li liYou are proactive and take initiative for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. /li liYou possess strong collaboration skills and excellent presentation capabilities. /li liYou are result-oriented and capable of working autonomously. /li liYou are fluent in bEnglish /b with a good level of bDutch /b and/or bFrench /b. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience in the Energy Utilities sector. /li liPrevious experience managing organizational transformations during company mergers. /li liExperience architecting and designing IT products within bAgile /b environments. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b ASAP /li libDuration: /b 3 months /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul
