When we place a professional, we stay by their side — before, during and after the mission. The Mission Are you a cleaning validation expert looking for a strategic, high-impact role? We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Validation Engineer to join the Qualification & Validation team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Wallonia — a transversal expertise role spanning multiple Business Units, including advanced therapy manufacturing. Your Responsibilities As the senior reference for cleaning validation on site, you will :
- Review and draft protocols, reports and SOPs, and define and validate cleaning strategies across a multi-Business-Unit environment
- Contribute to major site initiatives — including a large-scale documentation transformation project — and provide expert technical support to qualification teams
- Participate actively in project meetings, perform cleaning assessments in response to deviations, and occasionally step onto the shop floor to review equipment and production lines
- This is a pure expertise and review role — your value lies in your judgment and technical leadership.

Your Profile
- You hold a scientific degree (biomedical sciences, microbiology, or related field)
- You bring at least 5 years of hands-on cleaning validation experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- You are comfortable working autonomously and delivering independently with limited supervision
- You combine a pragmatic mindset with strong collaboration skills
- You are experienced in QA validation and familiar with cleaning equipment as is prior
- You're proactive, open to feedback, and able to align smoothly with management priorities
