- 2 days per week /ph3Language /h3pEnglish; Dutch advantageous /ppWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a HR transformation programme with a large international organisation in the Antwerp region. /ppThe organisation has a significant workforce across multiple European locations and is continuing to develop and standardise its HR processes and SuccessFactors landscape. /ph3The Role /h3pYou will work closely with HR, IT and other SAP specialists to support the continued development, optimisation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation. /ppThe role will combine hands-on functional consulting with business-facing responsibilities, supporting stakeholders throughout the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3ulliSupport the configuration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors /liliGather and analyse requirements from HR and business stakeholders /liliLead or support functional workshops /liliTranslate HR requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions /liliSupport implementation, rollout and enhancement activities /liliConfigure workflows, business rules and system functionality /liliSupport testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities /liliInvestigate and resolve functional issues /liliWork with technical teams on integrations with wider HR and SAP systems /liliProvide functional guidance and SuccessFactors best-practice advice /liliSupport documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams /li /ulh3Your Experience /h3pWe Are Looking For Consultants With /pulli5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience /liliStrong hands-on functional and configuration experience /liliExperience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts or major optimisation projects /liliStrong understanding of HR processes /liliExperience gathering requirements and leading business workshops /liliAbility to work directly with senior HR and IT stakeholders /liliStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills /li /ulpProfessional English is required, Dutch is beneficial. /ppThis is a long-term freelance opportunity for a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant looking to join a significant HR transformation programme within an international environment. /p /p
