Business Unit Directors get plenty of reports. What they rarely get is a controller who challenges their assumptions and shows them why. That is this role.
Our partner is an international IT services group with 10,000+ employees in 10+ countries and revenue of €1+ billion. It delivers IT consulting and digital services across industries. The group is organized in local entities per country. The Belgian entity has 500+ employees and is based between Brussels and Antwerp.
Your impact as Business Controller
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for your area
- Present financial insights and results to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Drive the monthly closing and reporting, with the dashboards and management information on top
- Analyze business performance, flag risks and opportunities, and challenge the assumptions behind decisions
- Act as Finance Business Partner to the Business Unit Directors, helping them understand performance and its key drivers
You don’t wait for finance to change, you build the change.
Your profile as Business Controller
- Master in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- 5 to 10 years in business controlling, FP&A or finance partnering
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
