As a Accountant, you will monitor, analyse, and report key expense categories while ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective cost control. Acting as a business partner to various departments, you will provide valuable insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

- Monitoring and analysing operational expenses and project-related costs.
- Managing and overseeing the invoice and purchase order cycle.
- Reviewing accounting entries, allocations, and VAT-related controls.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Performing variance analysis and preparing financial reporting for key stakeholders.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Contributing to process improvements, financial systems enhancements, and European-wide projects.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive transparency, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
- Supporting knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the finance team.
