Security Architect

pWe are looking for a bTechnology Security Architect /b to design, oversee and continuously improve secure technology and application architectures. /p pThe role focuses on embedding security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), translating security objectives and policies into actionable technical controls, and supporting development and platform teams in identifying and mitigating security risks. /p pThe architect will collaborate closely with development teams, platform engineers, fellow architects, risk and compliance specialists, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure secure-by-design practices across the technology landscape. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain security architecture principles, guardrails and secure-by-design standards. /li liEmbed security throughout the SDLC, from design and development to testing and deployment. /li liReview solution and technical designs from a security perspective. /li liConduct and facilitate threat modeling and security architecture reviews. /li liProvide guidance on Identity and Access Management (IAM), API security, container security, cloud security and Azure cloud-native architectures. /li liDefine and support the automation of security controls within CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes. /li liAdvise on secure coding practices, software dependencies and vulnerability management. /li liSupport development and platform teams in identifying and mitigating technical security risks. /li liContribute to security investigations related to incidents and technical vulnerabilities, recommending sustainable improvements. /li liMonitor emerging technologies, security threats and vulnerabilities, translating findings into architectural improvements and security controls. /li /ul h3Must have /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years of proven experience /b in ICT Security Architecture. /li liMinimum b5 years of experience /b implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) in accordance with company policies. /li liMinimum b3 years of experience /b securing Azure containers and Kubernetes clusters. /li liMinimum b3 years of experience /b implementing and maintaining secure software development practices (DevSecOps). /li liProven experience defining, implementing and enforcing security standards, procedures and guidelines. /li liDemonstrated experience in risk management. /li liDutch or French proficiency at bCEFR C1 level /b. /li liProficiency in the other national language at bCEFR B2 level /b. /li /ul h3Should have /h3 ul liProven experience in the energy sector. /li liExperience in platform engineering, including designing, building or operating shared technical platforms for development teams. /li liMinimum b3 years of experience /b translating Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and security policies into concrete technical solutions. /li liKnowledge and practical experience of ITIL. /li liMinimum b3 years of experience /b working with external development teams. /li /ul h3Who we are /h3 pCommunity Consulting goes beyond traditional consulting; it’s all about fostering connections in an atmosphere of trust and confidence. /p pbTransparency Honesty /b : We say things as they are.
