Solutions Engineer | Kallo

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who combines operational expertise with strong analytical and project management skills. In this role, you will be involved in both the implementation of new logistics operations and the design of customized warehouse solutions for new business opportunities.

This position offers a unique combination of project execution, solution design, customer interaction, and international exposure.
As a Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for both the design and implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers.

• Analyze customer requirements, operational data and logistics flows
• Design efficient warehouse processes, layouts and automation concepts
• Develop pricing models, cost calculations and business cases
• Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposals
• Manage implementation projects from concept to go-live
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and external stakeholders
• Monitor project scope, budget, planning and operational readiness
• Ensure a successful start-up and smooth transition into daily operations
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
• Support business development activities and participate in customer meetings and negotiations.
