You will bridge deep architectural expertise with client leadership, guiding delivery teams and shaping the strategic direction of our Guidewire portfolio in the region. This is a high-visibility role where you will own client relationships, drive pre‑sales activity, and ensure architectural excellence across the full project lifecycle. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTechnical Leadership Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, from discovery through go‑live and hypercare /liliDefine solution architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies aligned with Guidewire best practices /liliAct as the escalation point for complex technical challenges across concurrent delivery streams /liliConduct architecture reviews and ensure quality gates are met at each phase /liliClient Stakeholder Engagement Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level and senior IT stakeholders at Belgian insurance carriers /liliTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, communicating clearly across both business and technical audiences /liliLead workshops, solution presentations, and executive steering committees /liliPractice People Development Mentor and coach a team of Guidewire consultants and developers, fostering a high‑performance culture /liliContribute to the growth of the Belgian Guidewire practice through thought leadership, capability building, and knowledge sharing /liliSupport pre‑sales efforts including RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation /liliDelivery Excellence Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards /liliIdentify and mitigate delivery risks proactively, maintaining RAID logs and escalating appropriately /liliPromote Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies within the team /li /ulh3Must-Have Qualifications /h3ulliACE Certification in Guidewire ClaimCenter (Associate Certified Expert or higher) — mandatory /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in Guidewire implementations in the Belgian insurance market, with a strong track record in both Architect and Tech Lead roles /liliProven expertise in ClaimCenter configuration, integration (REST/SOAP, Guidewire Integration Framework), and gosu scripting /liliDeep familiarity with Belgian insurance regulations, market practices, and carrier landscape (e.g., Assuralia standards, Belgian social legislation for workers' comp claims) /liliExperience leading teams of 10+ across onshore/offshore delivery models /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have Qualifications /h3ulliAdditional Guidewire ACE certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or Cloud) /liliExperience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and InsuranceSuite upgrades /liliExposure to broader core system transformation programs (legacy migration, digital front-ends) /liliFamiliarity with Belgian/EU data privacy regulations (GDPR) in an insurance context /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliDutch or French (professional proficiency) — essential for client-facing work in Belgium /liliEnglish (full professional proficiency) — required for internal and international collaboration /li /ulh3What
