We're looking for a senior analyst and technical lead to develop and maintain an Oracle APEX platform for infrastructure project pricing and cost estimation. You'll combine hands-on technical work with a substantial share of the functional analysis.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain applications built on an Oracle database.
- Analyse functional requirements for pricing and cost-estimation tools.
- Generate reports and documents using APEX Office.
- Work closely with development, database, testing and data quality specialists.
What you bring
- In-depth Oracle and Oracle APEX knowledge, with at least three years' APEX experience.
- At least three years' experience with APEX Office.
- Proven experience in functional analysis.
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Experience working with public services.
- Knowledge and practical experience of agile development methods.
- A technical or engineering bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience with the relevant ICT technology.
- At least two years' experience with infrastructure pricing and cost-estimation platforms.
