Jones Engineering is expanding its delivery team in Belgium and seeks an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a large Data Centre project. The role covers cost tracking for Labour Hire Subcontractors and Subcontracted Prelim Staff, along with assisting the Senior QS in commercial reporting and progress applications.
You will maintain commercial registers, manage subcontractor accounts from award through valuations and variations, and perform related duties to support project success.
