Then you are the Team Lead we are looking for. /ppAs a Team Lead, you guide the team into a high-performing state: regularly delivering qualitative increments of the product. You do this by making sure the right people are present, the responsibilities are clear and that there’s a supported way of working. Not only within the team but also with the client. You are the main, but not the only, contact point for the client.
