Are you an experienced Project Manager / Product Owner who gets energized by complex transformations where IT and Supply Chain meet?

For a challenging project, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who takes ownership of key IT challenges in a complex environment.

What will you do?

You will lead a cross-functional program and ensure that different teams, stakeholders, and IT domains move in the same direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of functional and technical analysts
• Monitoring scope, timing, resources, and dependencies
• Coordinating the collaboration between transversal Supply Chain, ERP, and logistics systems
• Leading functional design workshops and challenging solutions
• Utilizing a technical background in .NET, ERP, and various logistics systems (a nice-to-have)

Setting up and safeguarding governance, reporting, and documentation

Who are we looking for?

An experienced Project/Program Manager with:

At least 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management

Experience managing functional and/or technical analysts

Knowledge of Supply Chain processes: procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, and order-to-cash is an asset

Experience with data flows, master data, and interface mapping between different systems

You are a natural leader, communicate smoothly with various stakeholders, and keep a cool head when multiple streams are moving simultaneously. You are structured, proactive, and decisive, and you know how to distill complex programs into clear priorities.

Duration: 12 months, with a possible extension

Vous êtes un(e) Project Manager / Product Owner expérimenté(e) et les transformations complexes, à la croisée de l'IT et de la Supply Chain, vous motivent ?

Pour un projet ambitieux, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Project Manager capable de prendre en charge des enjeux IT clés dans un environnement complexe.

Votre mission

Vous piloterez un programme transversal et veillerez à ce que les différentes équipes, parties prenantes et domaines IT avancent dans la même direction.

Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :

• Diriger une équipe d'analystes fonctionnels et techniques
• Suivre le périmètre, les délais, les ressources et les dépendances
• Coordonner la collaboration entre les systèmes transversaux de Supply Chain, ERP et logistique
• Animer des ateliers de conception fonctionnelle et challenger les solutions proposées
• Mettre à profit une expérience technique en .NET, ERP et différents systèmes logistiques (atout)
• Mettre en place et garantir une gouvernance efficace, ainsi que le reporting et la documentation

Votre profil

Nous recherchons un(e) Project/Program Manager expérimenté(e) avec :

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou de programmes

Une expérience dans la gestion d'analystes fonctionnels et/ou techniques

Une bonne connaissance des processus Supply Chain : achats, gestion des entrepôts, planification, logistique et order-to-cash est un atout

Une expérience des flux de données, données de référence (master data) et du mapping des interfaces entre différents systèmes

Votre style

Vous êtes un(e) leader naturel(le), vous communiquez facilement avec différents interlocuteurs et gardez la tête froide lorsque plusieurs flux avancent simultanément.

Structuré(e), proactif(ve) et décisionnel(le), vous savez transformer des programmes complexes en priorités claires et concrètes.
