INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We are looking for senior, business-side professionals who understand insurance and can take ownership of complex transformation initiatives. From shaping products and processes to driving digitalization, customer journeys and broader business transformation.
You might come from Product Ownership, Program or Project Management, Business Transformation, Customer Journey Transformation, Operating Model Design or Operational Excellence. Your exact title matters less to us than your ability to combine insurance expertise, ownership and execution.
You should have a strong understanding of insurance products, processes and/or operations and be comfortable working across business, operations and technology. We are looking for pragmatic people who can structure complexity, challenge senior stakeholders and turn strategic objectives into tangible results.
Experience across Life, P&C, Employee Benefits, Claims, Distribution, Operations or other insurance domains can all be relevant.
These are not an IT roles. Purely technical Product Owners, IT Project Managers and candidates without professional insurance experience are not the profiles we are looking for.
