Skills:
/h3 h3Core Backend Architecture APIs /h3 ul liMinimum 8 years of full-stack Java/JEE development experience utilizing frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, EJB and WebLogic application servers. /li liMinimum 8 years of experience designing, building, securing and documenting RESTful and SOAP web services, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation. /li liHands-on experience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel together with practical experience using Drools or other enterprise rule engines. /li /ul h3Frontend UI Development /h3 ul liPractical experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL relational databases, including schema design, query optimization and procedural SQL extensions such as Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL. /li liProven experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and containerization/orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. /li liAdvanced experience with modern CI/CD automation pipelines and tools including Maven, GitLab, Bamboo, Jenkins and Nexus. /li liStrong experience with Git workflows, including GitFlow and trunk-based development, together with exposure to SVN. /li liComprehensive experience with testing and quality assurance tools including JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, SonarLint and HP Fortify. /li liDeep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and modern security best practices. /li liExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Amazon Q or Kiro together with IDEs including Eclipse, IntelliJ, JDeveloper and Home Site. /li /ul h3Methodology, Governance EU Frameworks /h3 ul liDeep understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, RUP and ITIL methodologies with practical experience managing software delivery activities. /li liExpert-level usage of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and GitLab for application lifecycle management, requirements tracking and repository management. /li liPractical knowledge of European Union reusable components and security frameworks such as eUI, EU Login and EU Sign is considered a strong asset. /li liFamiliarity with European funding programmes including Horizon Europe, LIFE and Digital Europe, particularly in the context of proposal evaluations. /li /ul h3Education and certifications: /h3 ul liUniversity degree corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (which typically corresponds to a bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education) and minimum 10 years of IT professional experience. /li /ul h3One of the following or an equivalent certification: /h3 ul liAWS Certified Developer
