  • Manage 5-6 projects annually, with a total turnover of €20-30 million, or a major project of approximately €100 million.
  • Plan and organize projects from tendering to delivery, coordinating with clients, design offices, and engineering firms as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Profiel
  • Approximately 10 years of operational or managerial experience in a general construction company.
  • Degree in industrial or civil engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction sector and experience in managing and executing construction works.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, capable of operating at all organizational levels.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ideally bilingual in Dutch and French.
