About Optioryx:
We’re transforming logistics with tools like mobile dimensioning, picking optimization, and warehouse digital twins. With 37 customers in 12 countries, we’re growing fast and need passionate people to help us scale further.
Your Role:
- Work together with marketing to attract and engage new clients and learn what works, to refine the marketing strategy to help sales drive forward.
- Create targeted outreach campaigns (target audience, product, messaging): Use smart strategies to attract and engage new clients.
- Analyze and improve: Dive into the numbers, learn what works, and keep refining.
- Engage prospects: Follow up on leads from emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns. Make every interaction count.
- Automate outreach: Build and run AI-powered campaigns that save time and boost results.
- Close deals: Turn prospects into long-term customers, contributing directly to our growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with data and using it to guide your decisions.
- Communication skills: Skilled at building rapport, explaining ideas, and persuading effectively.
- Focus on results: You know how to seal the deal and deliver impact.
- Go-getter attitude: You’re a hunter, motivated by finding and closing new business. Afterwards you can rely on our customer success team for onboarding.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales & startups is a big plus.
- Prior experience in logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, and/or Clay is a bonus.
- High likeability factor: You know how to connect with people and leave a positive impression.
