Senior Infrastructure Programme Manager – Data Centre Modernisation

ppbDuration: /b 3 YEAR Programme /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bSenior Infrastructure Programme Manager /b to lead the delivery of a major enterprise-wide Data Centre Modernisation programme for a leading international financial services organisation. /p pThis is a strategic delivery role, responsible for driving complex infrastructure transformation initiatives across multiple technology domains. You will coordinate large-scale programmes spanning data centres, networks, cloud, security and platform engineering, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to implementation. /p pWorking closely with senior technology leaders, architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will provide governance, leadership and programme oversight across multiple interdependent workstreams within a highly regulated environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes. /li liManage programme scope, timelines, budgets, risks and overall delivery quality. /li liCoordinate multiple technical workstreams across infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, operations and platform engineering teams. /li liDrive programme governance, ensuring compliance with delivery methodologies, internal controls and regulatory requirements. /li liPrepare and present executive reporting, steering committee updates and programme status to senior leadership. /li liManage programme finances including forecasting, investment planning, budget tracking and value delivery. /li liIdentify programme risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution. /liliCollaborate with enterprise architects, engineering leads and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. /li liCoordinate delivery across Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies. /li liEnsure programme documentation, approvals and governance artefacts are completed throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liProven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology transformations. /li liStrong experience delivering infrastructure programmes involving one or more of: /li liInfrastructure Transformation /li liNetwork Transformation /li liHybrid Infrastructure /li liDisaster Recovery /li liOperational Resilience /li liExperience managing multiple delivery teams across complex enterprise environments. /li liStrong financial management experience including programme budgets, forecasting and investment management. /li liExcellent stakeholder management experience up to executive and C-level. /li liExperience leading steering committees and executive governance forums. /liliExperience managing programme risks, dependencies and delivery across multiple workstreams. /li liPrevious experience working within highly regulated organisations such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or other regulated industries. /li /ul h3Technical Knowledge /h3 pExperience across several of the following technologies is highly desirable: /p ul liNetwork Infrastructure /li liCloud Technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP) /li liHybrid Cloud /li liStorage Platforms /li liBackup Recovery /li liDisaster Recovery /li liOperational Resilience /li liInfrastructure Security /li /ul h3Methodologies Tools /h3 pExperience with some or all of the following: /p ul liAgile Delivery /li liHybrid Delivery Models /li liServiceNow /li liITIL /li liCOBIT /li liPRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification /li liOutstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liStrong planning, governance and organisational abilities. /li liAbility to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving capability. /li liComfortable operating within complex global organisations. /li liExperience managing geographically distributed delivery teams. /li /ul h3Ideal Background /h3 pWe are particularly interested in candidates who have delivered enterprise infrastructure programmes within financial services or other highly regulated industries and have successfully led large-scale technology transformation initiatives involving infrastructure, cloud, networking and operational resilience. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to join a strategic transformation programme with significant visibility and long-term impact, working alongside senior technology leadership on one of the organisation's key infrastructure initiatives. /p /p
