What is in it for you?
- Broaden your horizon (literally) by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing Global Talent Acquisition function
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy
- Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape
What does your profile look like?
- Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement
- Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English

You are skilled at building candidate pools, pipelines, adept at performing initial screens of prospects and applicants. You will act as a strong advisor and partner for your hiring managers and provide an excellent candidate experience.
