As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This role requires a deep understanding of system engineering and the ability to manage complex IT environments. Key responsibilitiesDesign and Implementation: Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, Storage, and network componentsSystem Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, SCCM, Identity Manager (IDM), LDAP, and DNSMonitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT systemsSecurity Management: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect IT infrastructure and dataDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and proceduresCollaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless integration and support of IT servicesUpgrades and Patching: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities Required technical competenciesActive Directory: Proficient in managing and maintaining Active Directory environmentsSCCM: Experience with System Center Configuration Manager for software deployment, updates, and inventory managementIdentity Manager (IDM): Knowledge of identity management systems and processesLDAP: Understanding of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol for directory servicesDNS: Expertise in Domain Name System management and troubleshootingAdditional Skills: Familiarity with Linux server management, MS server management, Virtualization technologies, cloud services, and network infrastructure QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in system engineering or a similar roleStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
