You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates. /ppYou'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rail signalling systems by contributing to the development of the RBC-ETCS program. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as software engineering, verification and validation, safety, and certification teams), provide expertise on customer requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. /ppYou’ll specifically take care of analysing change requests (CRs) and their impact on existing products, as well as proposing and documenting optimal solutions, but also supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. /ppWe’ll look to you for: /ppAnalysing customer needs and challenging technical proposals to optimise development efforts /ppEvaluating the functional, safety, and documentation impact of change requests /ppProposing solutions at the system level and documenting them in SyRS /ppEnsuring the coherence and traceability of global solutions /ppSupporting software engineering, verification and validation, and safety teams in implementing solutions /ppProviding expertise and "hotline" support for project-level deployments /ppbrstrongAll about you /strong /ppWe value passion and attitude over experience.
