Finance Manager – Your
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Accounting and Controlling teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
Drive the budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance review processes, providing clear recommendations to management.
Partner with Operations to improve profitability, optimize inventory management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage cash flow, tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Coach and develop the Finance team while promoting continuous improvement across financial processes.
Finance Manager – Your RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling or Finance, including previous management responsibilities.
Fluent French & English.
Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
Finance Manager – The OfferSalary up to approximately €115,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.
