(Odoo) ERP Consultant

They are a young and driven team that values quality, collaboration, and innovation. The client is looking for an bERP Consultant /b to lead (bOdoo) implementations /b end-to-end. As an ERP Consultant, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You translate business needs into clear solutions, guide clients through change, and make sure the system is actually used and delivers value long-term. (user adoption and long-term client success). /ppbYou don't need to be an Odoo expert yet. We welcome different backgrounds /b /pulliCandidates with ERP (implementation) experience (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Exact, or similar); /liliCandidates with a background in business process analysis, finance, or accounting. /li /ulh3What matters most is that /h3ulliYou understand how businesses run and enjoy improving their processes; /liliYou communicate clearly with both clients and technical colleagues; /liliYou are ambitious, curious and eager to learn /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyse business processes and translate client requirements into a scalable (Odoo) ERP solution; /liliConfigure and implement (Odoo) modules, perform gap analysis, and recommend best-fit solutions within the Odoo ecosystem; /liliPrepare functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and collaborate closely with developers on custom developments; /liliLead testing, UAT, training sessions, deployment, and go-live activities; /liliProvide functional support, guide clients throughout the implementation journey, and maintain clear, proactive communication. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliStrong understanding of business processes and ERP implementations across multiple functional domains; /liliFormer experience as a Functional (Odoo) ERP Consultant is a big advantage; /liliExperience writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into development tasks; /liliHands-on experience with testing, UAT, end-user training, and deployment activities; /liliExperience documenting business processes and system configurations using UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies; /liliStrong stakeholder management, (client) communication, and problem-solving skills; /liliMaster's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field; /liliFluent English and Dutch are mandatory.
