We are seeking an experienced and driven CSA Package Manager to join our growing team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) package, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements, and quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Team, Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors, you will oversee all aspects of the CSA scope, including programme management, subcontractor coordination, cost control, quality assurance, and construction delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of complex construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance
Responsibilities
Manage CSA Package Programme & Budget

- Oversee and manage the full CSA scope from pre-construction through to handover.
- Track progress against programme and manage costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior project leadership. EHS Compliance
- Ensure all CSA activities are executed in line with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture across subcontractors and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordination with Other Packages
- Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, and other construction teams to ensure proper sequencing and integration.
- Manage interface risks between structural works, architectural finishes, and building services.
- Support clash resolution and buildability reviews. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for CSA-related matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead coordination meetings and drive resolution of technical and commercial issues.
- Maintain strong working relationships across the project supply chain. Contractor & Supply Chain Management
- Manage subcontractors to ensure work is delivered to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
- Review method statements, ITPs, and technical submittals.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all CSA works comply with project specifications, building regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conformance processes.
- Drive high standards of workmanship and finish.
Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
- Develop detailed CSA schedules aligned with the overall project programme.
- Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support look-ahead planning and milestone tracking.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to structural works, envelope installation, finishes, logistics, and sequencing.
- Proactively manage technical challenges and unforeseen site conditions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations, inspections, and approvals.
- Prepare regular reports on progress, risks, commercial status, and quality metrics.
- Present updates to the Senior Project Manager, Construction Director, and Project Director.
