Introduction

Function

  • Review technical and regulatory documentation submitted by contractors.
  • Assess Declarations of Conformity (DoC) and Declarations of Performance (DoP) for compliance with applicable European directives and regulations :
  • Machinery Directive (MD)
  • Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
  • Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
  • Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC)
  • RoHS Directive
  • Construction Products Regulation (CPR)
  • Review compliance with local requirements and standards, including VLAREM, AREI, and Fire & Gas (F&G) requirements.
  • Discuss documentation findings and compliance gaps with contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Manage and track documentation using a SharePoint-based document management system.
  • Support the project team in ensuring all regulatory documentation is complete and compliant before commissioning.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience with CE marking, regulatory compliance, or technical document reviews is a strong advantage.
  • Junior engineers with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital document management systems, Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Preferable Dutch language, that is the official language for regulatory certificates. xlxgzvr
  • Able to work independently while maintaining close coordination with contractors and project teams.
