Technical Architect

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture strategies, guide development teams, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDesign, develop, and implement technical architectures and implementation guidelines for enterprise applications and systems. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements. /liliDevelop solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). /liliEnsure technical solutions align with business objectives and strategic goals. /liliEvaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies. /liliCreate and maintain architecture documentation, including component designs, sequence diagrams, API specifications, runbooks, and test strategies. /liliProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. /liliConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. /liliIdentify and mitigate technical risks related to performance, security, dependencies, and technical debt. /liliDefine non-functional requirements (NFRs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), performance budgets, and scalability strategies. /liliImplement observability and reliability practices, including logging, monitoring, tracing, graceful degradation, and backpressure mechanisms. /liliStay current with emerging technologies, architecture trends, and industry standards. /li /ulpstrongRequired Skills Experience /strong /pulliStrong expertise in software architecture and design patterns, including layered, event-driven, and domain-driven architectures. /liliExperience with cloud platforms such as strongAWS, Azure, or OVH /strong. /liliDeep understanding of strongmicroservices /strong and distributed systems architectures. /liliKnowledge of strongDevSecOps /strong, CI/CD pipelines, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. /liliUnderstanding of networking concepts and protocols. /liliExperience with back-end technologies including strongJava, Python, Spring Boot, and Hibernate /strong. /liliHands-on experience with strongDocker /strong and strongKubernetes /strong. /liliStrong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling. /liliUnderstanding of security architecture, best practices, and enterprise integration patterns. /liliExperience with APIs and integration frameworks. /liliKnowledge of observability tooling, monitoring, logging, tracing, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. /liliFamiliarity with architecture documentation standards such as strongC4 Model /strong and strongArchitecture Decision Records (ADRs) /strong. /li /ulpstrongQualifications /strong /pulliProven experience as a Technical Architect or similar architecture leadership role. /liliRelevant architecture certifications are an advantage. /liliPreferred cloud certifications: /liliAWS Solutions Architect Professional /liliAzure Solutions Architect Expert /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to design scalable and sustainable technical solutions. /liliExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. /liliAbility to influence architectural decisions and drive alignment across teams. /liliLeadership and mentoring capabilities. /liliAbility to balance long-term architectural strategy with short-term delivery goals. /liliStrong organizational and prioritization skills. /liliResults-oriented mindset with a focus on successful delivery. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments. /lilistrongFluent in English one of French or Dutch. /strong /li /ul
