Front End Technical Architect

We are looking for a Technical Architect / Solution Architect / Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in complex enterprise environments and enterprise-grade web applications.

The role combines technical leadership, architecture, governance and hands-on technical expertise, with a strong focus on Angular and .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical leadership and coaching to development teams.
• Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable technical architectures.
• Define and communicate architectural decisions and recommendations.
• Present architectural decisions to governance boards.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical recommendations and implementation guidelines.
• Assess the impact, risks and dependencies of technology changes.
• Define reusable components, design patterns, frameworks and development standards.
• Support multiple delivery teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Contribute to technology adoption and organizational change.
• Drive technical decisions and evaluate different solution options.
• Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology strategy.

Required Experience

• Experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience providing technical guidance and coaching.

Technical Skills – Mandatory

• Expert knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core ecosystems.
• Experience defining:

• Development standards
• Strong understanding of web security standards and secure development practices.
• Experience with performance optimization, scalability and maintainability of web applications.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards:

• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants and GenAI solutions.

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
• Experience working with an Architecture Board or similar governance body.
