Talent Acquisition Internship (Sept 2026)
Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a concrete impact on how candidates are identified, structured and followed up? This internship is an opportunity to discover recruitment from inside a consulting company specialized in the Financial Services Industry. It is unpaid and runs from September until the end of the year.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and candidate profiles.
- Structure and categorize candidates in the recruitment database.
- Clean, update, and enrich existing candidate records.
- Help reduce recruitment backlog and improve data quality.
- Identify relevant information in CVs, LinkedIn profiles and candidate files.
- Support the preparation of candidate shortlists and recruitment follow‑up.
- Contribute to a more consistent use of recruitment tools and candidate pipelines.
- Help improve the way profiles are tagged, classified and made available for future recruitment needs.
Additional Responsibilities (depending on autonomy, skills and interests)
- Contact candidates by email or phone.
- Basic qualification of profiles.
- Sourcing support through LinkedIn or other channels.
- Preparation of job postings and recruitment communication.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication, Languages, Finance/Economics or a related field.
- Has an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and candidate experience.
- Is structured, precise and attentive to detail.
- Enjoys working with data, CVs, profiles and recruitment tools.
- Can work independently while staying connected to the team.
- Is comfortable working in English and has a good command of French and/or Dutch.
- Is curious, reliable and willing to learn by doing.
- Previous experience in recruitment is not required; motivation, accuracy and professionalism are more important.
