French or Dutch highly advantageous. /ppbEligibility: /b EU Passport or unrestricted right to work within the EU required. /ph3About the Opportunity /h3pWe are supporting a global consulting organisation delivering a large-scale international SAP transformation programme and are seeking experienced SAP EAM professionals to join the team. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a global SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme, working with international stakeholders, leading design workshops, driving solution delivery, and mentoring consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP EAM solutions across a global programme. /liliDrive requirements gathering, solution architecture, and business process design workshops with stakeholders. /liliProvide leadership across the full SAP project lifecycle, from blueprint and design through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. /liliManage and mentor functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery standards across multiple workstreams. /liliAct as the SAP EAM Subject Matter Expert for business and technical stakeholders. /liliSupport integration design with other SAP modules such as PM, MM, S/4HANA, Supply Chain, and Finance. /liliReview solution designs, functional specifications, and testing activities. /liliWork closely with programme leadership to ensure successful delivery across multiple countries and business units. /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulliExtensive hands-on SAP EAM experience gained on large-scale SAP programmes. /liliStrong experience leading global SAP implementations and transformation initiatives. /liliProven experience designing SAP EAM solutions from concept through deployment. /liliDemonstrable full lifecycle SAP project experience. /liliPrevious experience leading and managing teams of SAP consultants. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. /liliStrong understanding of SAP best practices and business processes. /liliExperience working within international and multicultural project environments. /liliExperience within manufacturing, utilities, energy, engineering, or asset-intensive industries. /liliKnowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and integration with other SAP modules. /liliFrench and/or Dutch language skills. /liliPrevious consulting background within a major system integrator or global consultancy. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3ulliMajor global SAP transformation programme. /liliPredominantly remote working model. /liliOpportunity to influence solution design at a strategic level. /liliInternational project exposure with a leading global consulting organisation. /li /ulpIf you are a senior SAP EAM consultant, solution architect, or delivery lead with proven experience designing and delivering SAP EAM solutions across complex international programmes, we would be delighted to hear from you. /p
