This role focuses on orchestrating transversal learning priorities to ensure the organization remains future-ready through aligned and actionable development plans. /p ul liOrchestrate the translation of strategic workforce planning priorities into actionable learning plans across multiple departments. /li liIdentify synergies and transversal upskilling opportunities by reviewing learning plans across various domains. /li liAnalyze capability gaps across teams and functions to propose targeted learning solutions, including digital and blended tracks. /li liManage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality learning solutions that align with strategic talent priorities. /li liPartner with HR operations to execute the operational setup, administration, and reporting of training trajectories. /li liMonitor the upskilling budget by tracking commitments and actuals to ensure efficient resource allocation. /li /ul ul li8+ years of experience in bLearning Development /b and bStrategic Workforce Planning /b. /li liExpertise in bLearning Solution Design /b, including e-learning, blended tracks, and needs analysis. /li liProven experience in bVendor Management /b and the selection of learning platforms and formats. /li liAdvanced knowledge of bOffice 365 /b and digital bLearning Management Systems (LMS) /b. /li liStrong bFinancial Acumen /b regarding budget follow-up and management reporting. /li liYou possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across complex organizational structures. /li liYou have strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership. /li liYou are fluent in bEnglish /b with active knowledge of bFrench /b or bDutch /b. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liFamiliarity with bGenerative AI /b tools for content creation or learning optimization. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b ASAP /li libDuration: /b Long-term /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
