Are you a passionate CE truck driver who prefers hitting the road when the rest of the world is asleep? As a full-time night driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of dock transport using sea containers and curtain-sided trucks (tautliners). As a full-time CE truck driver on the night shift, you are a crucial link within the logistics process. Your duties include the following
responsibilities:
- You safely and smoothly execute assigned nighttime transports between the docks and various destinations.
- You ensure the flawless administrative processing of all freight and transport documents for every pickup and delivery.
- You take pride in caring for your state-of-the-art truck and keep it in impeccable condition, both inside and out.
- You proactively communicate with transport planning regarding your routes and any delays, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.
- qualifications
- You have a proven background as a driver and are looking for a stable long-term workplace.
- You want to work on a schedule from approximately 17:00 to 05:00.
- You possess a good dose of flexibility; you realize that the exact end time in logistics depends on waiting times and traffic.
- You have a positive, committed work attitude and are required to possess a valid ADR certificate (packages or tank).
