About the role
We're looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams and stakeholders.brIn this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating end-to-end testing activities across different testing phases, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.brActing as the central point of contact for testing-related activities, you'll drive structured test planning, coordinate execution, manage risks and collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.brThis position is ideal for someone with proven experience in E2E testing, UAT coordination, and working in Agile/Scrum environments, who enjoys collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes.brYour responsibilities Define and coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing strategies and test plans.brEnsure testing activities align with both project objectives and business requirements.brCoordinate functional, integration and End-to-End testing across multiple teams.brPlan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with business stakeholders.brEnsure sufficient test scope and coverage throughout the testing lifecycle.brCoordinate test data preparation across systems while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.brMonitor testing progress, identify risks and proactively implement mitigation actions.brManage defect tracking and coordinate resolution with development teams.brAnalyse test results and prepare clear reporting on quality, risks, readiness and Go/No-Go recommendations.brCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and business users.brContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA community by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.brYour profile Proven experience coordinating End-to-End (E2E) testing in complex IT environments.brHands-on experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.brExperience creating comprehensive test strategies and test plans.brStrong understanding of functional, integration and end-to-end testing methodologies.brExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.brExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.brStrong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.brA proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.brGood understanding of technical IT concepts such as APIs, web services, client/server applications, frontend, backend and system integrations.brFluent English together with either Dutch or French.brNice to have Experience with non-functional testing coordination.brExperience with test data management.brKnowledge of QA governance and continuous improvement practices.brExperience within large enterprise or digital transformation programmes.brWhat we're looking for You're a structured and proactive Test Coordinator who enjoys bringing people together to deliver high-quality software. xlxgzvrbrYou communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders, challenge where necessary, and keep complex testing activities organised from planning through to delivery.
