You ensure the consistent implementation of the Field Service Safety Management System, support affiliates in improving safety maturity, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Acting as the central safety governance expert, you work closely with local safety representatives, service management teams, contractors, and senior leadership to reduce risk and promote a strong safety culture. /p pbKey

Responsibilities:
/b /p ul liDefining and maintaining the Field Service Safety Governance framework and supporting the implementation of safety strategies across EMEA /li liMonitoring affiliate compliance with safety requirements, conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, and reporting progress to management /li liManaging safety performance indicators, dashboards, incident reporting systems, and trend analysis to support proactive risk management /li liCoordinating investigations of incidents and accidents and ensuring lessons learned are effectively shared throughout the organization. /li liSupporting affiliates in performing risk assessments and implementing preventive and corrective actions. /li liDeveloping and maintaining safety training programs, awareness initiatives, and competency frameworks. /li liSupporting the implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems /li liManaging safety governance documentation, SharePoint platforms, standards, procedures, and communication materials. /li liSupporting subcontractor and partner safety management to ensure compliance with Daikin safety standards. /li liActing as the central point of contact for field service safety governance across EMEA. /li /ul pbQualifications

Experience:
/b /p ul liBachelor or Master degree in Occupational Health Safety, Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Environmental Management, or a related discipline. /li liProven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably within field service, technical service, industrial, HVAC-R, or construction environments. /li liGood understanding of ISO 45001 and safety management systems. /li liFor Belgian applicants, a Prevention Advisor Level 2 is a minimum requirement. /li liExperience with safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance management /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to governance and continuous improvement. /li liExcellent communication and training skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different countries and cultures. /li liFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel regularly within Europe. /li /ul pbWhat
