Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a senior in-house counsel to support customer-facing SaaS and software licensing deals from Ghent, Belgium, with a hybrid work arrangement.
You will draft, negotiate, manage and oversee a broad range of commercial transactions, provide strategic legal guidance to business leaders and sales teams, and advise on topics including AI best practices, data privacy, distributor management, competition law and compliance.
