Your responsibilitiesAdvise domestic and international clients on complex dispute resolution matters across a variety of industriesAssist clients on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including high-stakes and complex casesWork on matters involving international sanctions and related regulatory issuesTake increasing ownership of files and interact directly with clients and other stakeholdersContribute to strategic case preparation, legal research and the development of innovative legal solutionsCollaborate closely with experienced lawyers while taking an active role within a highly driven teamDepending on your interests, contribute to legal publications and/or academic initiativesIdeal Profile3–7 years of relevant experience in Dispute Resolution, Restructuring & Insolvency and/or International SanctionsStrong academic background, with excellent legal drafting and communication skills; fluency in French and English is a strong assetA proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine interest in complex, high-profile matters and a desire to grow within a young and ambitious firmThe offerHigh-stakes, high-profile matters: work on cases of a level and complexity typically associated with major international business law firmsDirect international exposure: work closely with international clients from an early stage and develop strong client-facing skillsReal responsibility: take ownership of challenging matters and build your expertise in a collaborative environmentFast-growing boutique: join the firm at an exciting stage of its development, offering genuine opportunities for personal development and professional advancementWork alongside driven lawyers in a close-knit environment where collaboration and initiative are strongly valuedAcademic opportunities: contribute to legal publications, develop
