Your mission is to...

Play a key role in our order and logistics flow. You ensure that every order is processed accurately and shipped on time, keeping customers and colleagues informed every step of the way.

Your tasks include:

Shipping of goods; packing (40% - 50%), scheduling with transport companies, completing (customs) documents.
Comlete order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
Administrative follow-up and coordination of incoming orders; creating order confirmations, pro forma invoices, and credit notes.
Monitoring the quality and completeness of outgoing shipments to customers.
Monitoring delivery times and order lead times.
Liaising with the sales department for shipments that fall outside the normal flow.
Optimizing current processes in consultation with the team lead.

We expect you to:

Hold a bachelor's degree in an administrative field, or have equivalent experience.
Be fluent in Dutch and English; German and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
Be proficient with PCs and have a thorough knowledge of MS Office. Experience with an ERP system (MS Business Central) is a strong asset.
Set priorities to ensure the smooth daily organization of incoming and outgoing orders.
Work accurately, have an eye for detail, and hold quality in high regard.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
