You will closely connect with our Strategy Consulting colleagues and our delivery teams to design and deliver the most impactful digital experiences for our clients. /p h3Your job /h3 pAs a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you take a central role in orchestrating end-to-end project delivery and help clients navigate the complexity of large-scale Salesforce transformations. You are equally comfortable providing strategic guidance to C-level stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes. Your energy, structure, and people skills inspire those around you to perform at their best. /p pYou will: /p ul liLead and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare /li liAct as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and driving alignment /li liOversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring coherent collaboration and timely delivery /li liManage project financials: budgets, forecasts, risk and issue logs /li liContribute to pre-sales and business development activities, including proposals and scope definition /li liChampion delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team /li liParticipate in internal initiatives to grow our Salesforce community and strengthen our delivery model /li /ul h3Your DNA /h3 ul liYou have a strong command of Salesforce as a platform and understand how it enables business transformation /li liYou are naturally client-focused and excel at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders /li liYou are structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence /li liYou stay curious about the latest Salesforce innovations and industry trends, and you know how to translate them into business value /li liYou are a team builder who leads by example and creates a positive delivery culture /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a relevant field /li liMinimum 7 years of experience in project delivery or consulting, ideally in a technology or CRM context /li liAt least 2–3 years in a Delivery Lead or Project Manager role on large-scale transformation programs /li liExperience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations; exposure to Salesforce is a strong plus /li liFamiliarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid) /li liStrong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal /li liFluent in French or Dutch and English /li liWillingness to travel occasionally to client sites /li /ul h3What
