Are you an Automation Engineer who enjoys combining hands-on troubleshooting with delivering your own automation projects?
We are supporting a well-established production company looking for an Automation Engineer to strengthen its technical team. You will work in a highly automated brewery/production environment, helping improve the reliability, efficiency and performance of its installations.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise PLC and SCADA systems
- Analyse and resolve complex automation faults
- Perform PLC/SCADA modifications and validations
- Configure and integrate production hardware
- Support maintenance technicians and production teams
- Deliver automation upgrades and optimisation projects
- Implement new technologies and systems
- Maintain software and technical documentation
- Take ownership of projects from analysis through to implementation
Your profile
- Degree in Automation, Electromechanics or similar, or equivalent xlxgzvr experience
- Strong interest/experience in industrial automation
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC and PLCs is highly advantageous
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable taking ownership and suggesting improvements
- Fluent Dutch
- Good English
