With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth. /p h3The Opportunity: /h3 pCoinPoker is hiring a Head of Game Security to protect game integrity on its crypto poker platform. You will be the single point of contact for every game and general security tech requirement. You will own the security tech roadmap, lead the Game Security team, and turn emerging poker fraud trends into detection priorities. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 h3Security tech roadmap (SPOC) /h3 ul liAct as the single intake point for all game and general security tech requirements going to Product and Tech. /li liOwn and prioritise the roadmap: RTA/solver detection, bots, collusion, account takeover, multi-accounting, KYC, and payment and bonus abuse. /li liWrite requirements, sign off releases, and measure each tool's impact. /li liLead build-versus-buy decisions on vendors and data sources. /li /ul h3Game Security team /h3 ul liManage and develop the game analyst team. /li liOwn the workflows end to end: triage, investigation, sanctions, confiscations, and appeals. /li liGet more out of the current tech stack through better rules, thresholds, and automation. /li /ul h3Threat intelligence /h3 ul liTrack fraud trends in online poker and crypto gambling, and brief leadership every month. /li liCoordinate threat handling with PRM, Support, Payments, BI, and Agents /li /ul h3Highly Desired Knowledge and

Experience:
/h3 ul li5+ years in game integrity, fraud, or trust and safety, with at least 2 years leading a team. /li liOnline poker or real-money gaming experience is strongly preferred. /li liStrong technical depth: SQL, enough Python to prototype detection logic, and a working understanding of how game servers, clients, and anti-cheat systems fit together. /li liHands-on knowledge of today's poker threats, including RTA/solver use, bots, collusion, chip dumping, ghosting, and multi-accounting, and how they are detected. /li liA track record of owning a tech roadmap: writing requirements, prioritising with engineers, and measuring results. /li liSound investigative judgment, and clear written evidence that holds up to player appeals /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience with crypto payments, on-chain analysis, or AML. /li liFamiliarity with GTO solvers and statistical or ML-based player profiling. /li liExperience with device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, or anti-bot vendors. /li /ul h3What
