You will combine your statutory responsibilities with a hands-on approach across our sites and projects. /ppIn practice: /pulliYou advise bmanagement, employees, Operations /b band Project teams /b on safety, wellbeing and environmental matters. You turn legal requirements into practical solutions and stay closely connected to what happens on site. /liliYou conduct brisk assessments and /b bworkplace inspections /b, investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, and ensure improvement actions are followed through consistently. /liliYou oversee bcontractor and construction-site /b safety through safety walks and site visits, ensuring that safety requirements and permits to work are respected. /liliYou review brelevant risk and /b bsafety documentation /b and support assessments of bSIMOPS /b risks and risks arising from simultaneous or bchanging activities. /b /liliYou monitor benvironmental /b blegislation, permits and permit conditions /b, and provide appropriate environmental advice. /liliYou help manage environmental risks involving bwaste, water, soil, emissions and hazardous substances /b, among others, and coordinate related inspections and reporting. /liliFor projects and operational changes, you ensure that brisks and legal requirements /b are addressed early and properly handed over to the operational teams. /liliYou actively contribute to bISO 14001 and ISO 45001 /b, audits, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement. /li /ulpYou work closely with bOperations, Projects, HR and external partners /b. Your role is advisory and supportive; responsibility for operational implementation remains with the relevant line and project teams. You report to the SHEQ Manager, who also heads the internal service for prevention and protection at work. You carry out your statutory duties as Prevention Advisor and Environmental Coordinator with the independence required by applicable law. /ph3Does this sound like you? /h3pYou bring solid technical expertise, but you are equally at home putting it into practice. You are visible on site, listen carefully, offer advice and constructively challenge existing ways of working. You know how to bring people on board without compromising on safety, the environment or legal requirements. /pulliYou are qualified as a bLevel 1 or Level 2 Prevention Advisor /b AND as a bLevel A or Level B Environmental Coordinator. /b /liliYou have a strong understanding of bBelgian /b bworkplace wellbeing legislation /b, bFlemish environmental regulations and permit requirements. /b You are willing to develop your knowledge of relevant Walloon regulations too. /liliYou have relevant experience in an bindustrial, technical or infrastructure environment /b, including contractor and workplace safety. /liliYou can independently carry out thorough brisk assessments and incident investigations. /b /liliExperience with bcritical /b binfrastructure, construction or technical installations /b is a major asset. /liliYou are familiar with bISO /b b14001 and ISO 45001 /b. Experience with audits, Management of Change, SIMOPS and environmental permits is a plus. /liliYou are bpragmatic and /b bsolutions-focused /b, take ownership and consistently follow through on actions. /liliYou communicate fluently in bDutch and English /b and have a good professional command of bFrench /b. /liliYou are willing to travel regularly between our sites and other LCL locations in Belgium, including our wind turbine sites, for site visits, inspections, projects and incident follow-up. /li /ulpRunning data centers is, above all, about people.
